Welcome to AI Keyboard. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle the information processed when you use our Android keyboard application.

2. Data Collection & Typing Privacy

Keyboards require special permissions to function. We do not log, store, or transmit your personal keystrokes, passwords, or credit card numbers to our servers. Your day-to-day typing remains entirely on your device.

3. Features Requiring Internet Access & AI Processing

Certain features require internet access to function properly:

• AI Content Generation: When you use the "Prompt to Generate" feature (to write emails or replies), the specific prompt you type into the AI tool is sent to our secure AI providers to generate the response. We do not send your regular, everyday typing to these servers. Only the text you explicitly submit for generation is processed.
• AI Grammar: Text submitted explicitly for grammar checking is processed securely and is not retained after the result is returned.
• Voice Input: When you use the microphone feature, audio is processed via Android's native SpeechRecognizer or secure Google ML Kit APIs.
• Translation: Text explicitly submitted for real-time translation is processed securely and is not retained after the translated result is returned.

4. Permissions We Request

• Input Method: Required to act as a keyboard.
• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Required ONLY when you actively tap the voice input button.
• Network Access: Required for downloading language packs and performing AI translations.

5. Local Data Storage

• Clipboard Manager: Copied text saved in your Clipboard Manager is stored entirely locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Undo/Redo History: The text history required to perform Undo/Redo actions is kept temporarily in your device's active memory and is cleared when the keyboard is closed.

6. Permissions We Request

• Input Method: Required to act as a keyboard.
• Query All Packages: Used solely for the "Instant App Launch" feature, allowing you to select and open apps from your keyboard toolbar. We do not track your app usage statistics.
• Notifications: Used to deliver "Exclusive Offers" and rewards directly to you.
• Microphone: Used only when you activate the Voice Input feature.
